We are pleased to bring you 55PLUSŪ, a program offering health related services for adults 55 and older.
55PLUSŪ is designed to give you pluses when you're sick and pluses when you're well. Best of all, it costs you nothing to join, and its services are offered to you on a complimentary basis or as special 55PLUSŪ membership opportunities.
There are no fees or dues for membership, because 55PLUSŪ is not an insurance plan or Medicare supplement. We offer it as a community service. It is part of our commitment to bring the most innovative health care to our community.
We are able to bring you 55PLUSŪ through our membership in the Heartland Health Alliance. Heartland Health Alliance is a network of urban and rural hospitals that brings the finest healthcare services to the people of Nebraska. The diversity of the Alliance hospitals and its integrated care delivery system can provide you with comprehensive medical services--everything from primary care in our hospital to subspecialized care and procedures like heart and lung transplants at BryanLGH Medical Center in Lincoln.
When you join 55PLUSŪ, you become a member at Memorial Hospital in Aurora and at BryanLGH Medical Center. As a member, you may receive 55PLUSŪ benefits at both hospitals and at any other hospital which offers the 55PLUSŪ program.
If you are 55 or older, apply today for 55PLUSŪ membership. Contact Tina Oswald at (402) 694-8220 for a membership application. We will mail you information about the program offered by Memorial Hospital in Aurora and you will also receive information from BryanLGH Medical Center in Lincoln. A membership card will be mailed to you and this card entitles you to a variety of services offered only to 55PLUSŪ members.
