Memorial Community Health, Inc., is a private, nonprofit corporation providing health care services to the community through Memorial Hospital, Memorial Health Clinics, Memorial Community Care and East Park Villa (Assisted Living/Independent Living). These four health-related entities receive no tax support. Memorial Community Health, Inc., is entirely dependent upon revenue from patient services, resident care and philanthropy. Its Board of Directors is made up of 15 community volunteers.
