Memorial Community Care is a 51 bed intermediate care nursing facility attached to Memorial Hospital. The focus of Memorial Community Care is to provide residents with an environment that encourages independence and maintains high-quality care.

Due to the unique connection to Memorial Hospital, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and other hospital services are conveniently available within the facility to all residents, as prescribed by their phsycian. Memorial Community Care also has a progressive restorative program in addition to physical and occupational therapy.

Memorial Community Care offers a full range of activities suited for a variety of persons. Residents benefit from group activities as well as one-to-one activities for the cognitively impaired. Family involvement is encouraged.
