Employee of the Month

If your loved one is living at Memorial Community Care you will be happy to know that we have some of the most caring CNA’s around.  A particular CNA that stands out is Jeff Kingsley.  He displays all the values of our Behavior Standards.  Jeff has a great attitude, is a team player, communicates calmly and effectively with residents and coworkers, has the knowledge and confidence to provide excellent care, is honest and respectful to all and always appears professional.  As a coworker stated “He goes above and beyond his daily duties every shift.  He is an exceptional CNA”.  We are proud to have Jeff as a part of our team.  Congratulations Jeff for being MCHI’s February, 2012 Employee of the Month.

 Department of the month

Memorial Community Health is pleased to recognize the East Park Villa Dietary Department as the February, 2012 Department of the Month.  Over the last several months, the EPV dietary department has had difficult circumstances: injuries, employee illness, family illness and through it all, everyone has worked overtime, filled shifts they normally do not work and have done whatever it takes to make sure the residents are fed quality, nutritious meals.  Everyone has worked together and shown what teamwork is all about.  Congratulations.
