Memorial Health Clinics provide family medicine services for all ages, including pediatrics, prenatal and postnatal care, gynecology, dermatology, internal medicine, orthopedics and geriatrics.
The clinics are staffed by eight family medicine providers, including four family medicine physicians, three nurse practitioners, and one physican assistant.
Primary Care: for general wellness visits, follow-up visits, pre-op physicals, medication refill visits, chronic care management, and other non-acute medical issues – contact us to schedule an appointment.
Acute Care: for non-emergency illnesses and injuries that can't wait, such as minor burns and cuts, ear aches, flu and COVID-19 symptoms, urinary tract infections, rashes and other immediate concerns. No appointment needed, stop by our Aurora clinic location during our Acute Care Clinic hours to be seen on a first come, first served basis. Wait times will vary based on demand.
