AAron is a member of the maintenance team at Memorial Community Health.  While he has only been with the organization for a year and a half, his contributions have made an impact.  AAron is knowledgeable, proactive, and engaged – he truly cares and is focused on making a difference in all he does.  His professional interaction with fellow employees, outside contractors, and on occasion with patients and residents is exceptional – which helps in accomplishing tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.

“AAron is a great team player,” says Taylor Comer, Maintenance Supervisor at MCHI.  “He’s always willing to jump right in and take care of things, and he does the job right.  AAron’s dedication, can-do attitude, and positivity make him an integral member of our team at MCHI.”

Blanchard received the award at the 39th Annual Caring Kind Awards Luncheon on October 26th during the Nebraska Hospital Association’s Annual Convention at the Embassy Suites Omaha-LaVista Hotel & Conference Center.
