Lindsey Makovicka Joins Medical staff at Memorial Health Clinic

Memorial Community Health, Inc. (MCHI) in Aurora, Nebraska is pleased to announce the addition of Lindsey Makovicka, APRN, FNP-C, to the team of family medicine professionals at Memorial Health Clinic. Lindsey Makovicka, APRN, FNP-C

Lindsey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychobiology from Hastings College, and received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner degrees through the Creighton University School of Nursing.  She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Nebraska and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).

Lindsey will join the MCHI team in September, and brings a broad range of experience in family care, including treatment for acute and chronic illness and wellness and preventative care.  She is also experienced in infectious disease management and care within the hospital and intensive care unit settings. 

“I’m excited to join the MCHI team.  As a member of the Aurora community for the past 10 years, I am truly honored to be given this opportunity,” said Lindsey.  “My passion is preventative medicine.  It is rewarding to help individuals achieve their healthcare goals through small changes that have the potential to make a big impact.”

Lindsey is a native of Henderson, Nebraska.  She and her husband, Justin, live in Aurora.  They have two children, Oliver age 5, and Archer age 3, and enjoy fishing, golfing, Husker volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
