MCHI Announces Justin Wolf as New CEOThe Operations Board of Directors of Memorial Community Health, Inc. (MCHI) in Aurora is pleased to announce Justin Wolf as the organization's new Chief Executive Officer.

Wolf joins MCHI with a broad range of healthcare management and administration experience. He will begin his new role on June 27, 2022.

Most recently, Wolf has been the Director of Physician Services for HCA Midwest Health in Overland Park, Kansas. HCA Midwest Health is Kansas City's largest healthcare provider with over 150 locations including hospitals, emergency rooms, doctors' offices, urgent care centers, surgery centers, and specialty physician practices.

Prior to HCA Midwest Health, Wolf was Executive Director of Practice Administration for The Physician Network - CHI Health in Kearney, a network comprised of more than 50 primary, specialty and urgent care practice sites throughout Nebraska. Concurrently, Wolf also served as Director of Strategic Planning for CHI Health Good Samaritan and CHI Health Nebraska Heart, where he developed organization-wide strategic plans, and was involved in the development of new locations and expanded service lines.

"We're excited to welcome Justin to the MCHI team and his family to Hamilton County," commented MCHI board president Dennis Ferguson. "We are confident in the future of MCHI under Justin's leadership with the support and continued dedication and diligence of our staff."

Wolf will be taking the helm as the organization's current CEO, Diane Keller, retires after 50 years of service to MCHI. "Diane has been a blessing to work with, and what she has contributed to MCHI, rural healthcare, and our communities over the past five decades is extraordinary," added Ferguson.

A Nebraska native, Wolf has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management Emphasis from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and a Master of Business Administration with a Healthcare Administration Specialization from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Wolf is impressed with the local community and MCHI's organizational pride. He is excited to work with the employees, physicians, board of directors and community on the right balance of new ideas yet honoring the legacy that has made MCHI successful. Wolf enjoys his son's sporting events, volunteering at his church and being an amateur woodworker. He and his wife Heather, and son Alex who will enter the 8th grade this fall, will be relocating to Aurora in June.
