Traci Penner joins Medical Staff at Memorial Health Clinic

Memorial Community Health, Inc. (MCHI) in Aurora, Nebraska is pleased to announce the addition of Traci Penner, APRN, FNP-C, to the team of family medicine professionals at Memorial Health Clinic. Traci Penner, APRN, FNP-C

Traci received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Amarillo College in Amarillo, Texas, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree through Creighton University.  She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Nebraska and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). 

Traci is experienced in a broad range of total family care, including the treatment of acute and chronic illness, and wellness and preventative care.  She is also experienced in interventional radiology assessment and management as well as urgent care, emergency and trauma care, and air flight care.  Traci will be joining MCHI in November.

“I am excited to join the MCHI team of health professionals,” said Traci.  “While working my way through nurse practitioner school, my dream was to practice rural medicine within the communities where I have worked and raised my family.  I am blessed to not only have had the opportunities to learn from some amazing providers in a variety of fields, but look forward to being able to practice those skills in the Aurora community.”

Traci is a native of Verdigre, Nebraska and lives in McCool Junction, close to family.  She has raised six of her own children, and has been a part of raising three of her husband’s children, all in the McCool Junction community.  In her time off, Traci enjoys jeeping, riding motorcycles, gardening, home repairs and DIY projects.
