Wound Care providers are specially trained in assessing and treating complicated and non-healing wounds and determining the cause so the most appropriate treatment plan can be used. Memorial Hospital currently offers the following wound care clinic at our Aurora facility:

Below is a list of the conditions that our wound care team treats. This is not an all-inclusive list and you should call to inquire about specific services.
- Diabetes-related ulcers on the legs or feet
- Surgery-related wounds
- Radiation tissue damage from cancer treatment
- Bone infections (osteomyelitis)
- Pressure-related ulcers
- Venous (vein) ulcers
- Minor burns
Treatments for these wounds may include:
- Advanced dressings
- Debridement
- Negative pressure wound therapy
- Advanced cellular-based tissue products
- Offloading casting
