Whitney Polen, APRN, FNP-C, joins Memorial Health Clinic Medical Staff

Memorial Community Health, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Whitney Polen, APRN, FNP-C, to the team of family medicine professionals at Memorial Health Clinic.

Whitney received both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing through the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Nebraska and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).

Whitney has extensive experience in patient care. She has worked as a registered nurse since 2014 and has been at Memorial Hospital since 2016. Having recently completed her advanced practice degree and certification as an FNP, Whitney is now available for patient appointments at Memorial Health Clinic's Aurora location.

"Growing up in a small town, my passion has always been in rural healthcare," says Whitney. "I have greatly enjoyed getting to know this community over the past five years and look forward to continuing my career as a provider at MCHI."

Whitney is a native of Bassett, Nebraska. She and her husband, Adam, enjoy outdoor activities, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
